Master Russell of the Supreme Court of Western Australia has approved a scheme to vary the terms of the charitable trust established by the will of the late Marcia Morgan Nicol. The variation involves deleting "Mofflyn Group Childrens Homes" and substituting it with "Uniting WA’s out-of-home care for children and adolescents". The executor's and Attorney General's reasonable costs for preparing, advertising, and obtaining approval for the scheme are to be paid out of the trust property.
