Creditors, claimants and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates), in respect of the estate of Jorn Jesper Jensen late of 11a Rainbow View, Ocean Reef, who died on 25 June 2017, are required by the trustee, Sarah Jane Znidarich, to send to solicitors for the trustees, Templar Legal Pty Ltd, P.O. Box 8243, Subiaco, 6008 particulars of such claims within 30 days of this notice. After such date, the trustee may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regards only to the claims of which the trustee then has notice.
