Creditors, claimants and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates), in respect of the estate of Jorn Jesper Jensen late of [contact details redacted] 25 June 2017, are required by the trustee, Sarah Jane Znidarich, to send to solicitors for the trustees, Templar Legal Pty Ltd, [contact details redacted] 30 days of this notice. After such date, the trustee may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regards only to the claims of which the trustee then has notice.
