These regulations are the Local Government Regulations Amendment (Employee Code of Conduct) Regulations 2021. They come into operation as follows: Part 1 on the day of gazettal; the rest on the day Local Government Legislation Amendment Act 2019 section 25 comes into operation. Part 2 amends the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, inserting Part 4A regarding codes of conduct for local government employees. Part 3 amends the Local Government (Audit) Regulations 1996.
