Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of Sheila Marion Porter, deceased, who died on the 10 October 2025 at Peel Health Campus, Greenfields in the said State are required by the executor Alan Porter to send particulars of their claims to Peel Legal Barristers & Solicitors of [contact details redacted] month following the publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he has then had notice.
