Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 28 february 2019, are required by the trustee, jeffrey gordon lee, c/- 28 marian avenue, armadale wa, to send particulars of their claims to him within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
