Pursuant to section 15u of the prisons act 1981, i hereby revoke the following permits— surname other name(s) permit no. bagovits anthony joseph george pa 0148 barcia rosemarie julietta pa 0361 burling alyssa jane pa 0690 d'angelo christopher david pa 0251 hawkey john william pa 0042 holdman nicole cady ap 0448 leighton francoise anna clasina pa 0541 radosevic dajana pa 0168.
