MP401 MINING ACT 1978 Section 19 INSTRUMENT OF EXTENSION OF TERM OF EXEMPTION OF LAND I, Jared Andrew Barnett, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the Mining Act 1978, hereby extend the exemptions originally declared on 21 December 2021 and published in the Government Gazette dated 28 January 2022 for that area described hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 21 December 2027. Description of Land Land designated TENGRAPH electronic plan of the Department of Mines, Petroleum and Exploration.
