It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Esperance Local Planning Scheme amendment on 14 December 2023 for the purpose of amending Clause 17, Table 4, Schedule 1, Schedule 2, Schedule 3, Schedule 5, Schedule 6 and Schedule 7.
