Notice Text
Except as provided in subclause (2), Reserve 50756, being Lot 501 on Deposited Plan 69593 (held by the Western Australian Land Information Authority established by the Land Information Authority Act 2006), and the buildings and enclosures on it, are declared to be a prison, called the Hakea Prison, within the meaning and for the purposes of the Act. The Prisons (Hakea Prison) Order 2016 is revoked.
