Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 7 september 2024 are required by the administrator, roma florence patrick care of clairs keeley lawyers, po box 3301, east perth wa 6004 to send particulars of their claims to her within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
