Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who was found deceased on 29 march 2024, are required by the trustee, maureen joy willoughby care of tactical legal solutions, unit 207, 96 mill point road, south perth wa 6151, to send particulars of their claim to her by 14 december 2025, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
