Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 14 december 2017, are required by the trustee, ante zorotovic care of frichot & frichot, [contact details redacted] 6160, to send particulars of their claim to him by 19 february 2019, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
