These regulations amend the Emergency Management Regulations 2006. Amendments include definitions of terms, hostile acts, and hazard management agencies. ARC Infrastructure Pty Ltd is the hazard management agency. The chief executive officer of the Health Department is the hazard management agency for human epidemic. The chief executive officer of the Transport Department is the hazard management agency for State waters.
