Made under the Owner-Drivers (Contracts and Disputes) Amendment Act 2022 section 2(d) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Owner-Drivers (Contracts and Disputes) Amendment Act 2022 Commencement Proclamation 2023. The Owner-Drivers (Contracts and Disputes) Amendment Act 2022, other than sections 1, 2, 12, 17 and 18, comes into operation on 1 June 2023.
