I, kristian hartley dawson, executive director, resource tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the mining act 1978, hereby declare the land described hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) exempt from divisions 1 to 5 of part iv of the mining act 1978. Locality: lake roe. Land designated s19/417 in the tengraph electronic plan of the department of mines, industry regulation and safety. A geospatial description of the land, being the land subject to the former exploration licence 28/3225, is filed on the department of energy, mines, industry regulation and safety electronic file qa2113284 and identified as document id a71490263. Area of land: 1474.53 hectares.
