William Joseph Johnston MLA, Minister for Mines and Petroleum, revokes previous delegation instruments and delegates functions under the Offshore Minerals Act 2003 (WA), regulations, and the Offshore Minerals (Registration Fees) Act 2003 (WA) to specified positions within the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety.
