It is hereby notified that the Governor in Executive Council, acting under the provisions of Section 35 of the Curtin University Act 1966, has approved Statute No. 8—Affiliation of University Colleges (Repeal) as set out in the attached schedule. This statute takes effect on the day after it is published in the Government Gazette.
