Notice to creditors, claimants and potential unknown beneficiaries. Estate of Daniel Kuffer Barillet, late of Hillside Garden Village, 45 South Western Highway, Mount Richon, Western Australia, who died on 16 April 2025, deceased. Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 66 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) that every such person having any claim, entitlement or interest as beneficiaries and every person claiming through any such person of the above estate are required by the executor of the deceased, MA & B Concanen c/- Barnard Lawyers, Unit 24, 199 Balcatta Road, Balcatta WA 6021to lodge particulars of their claims in writing to him on or before 8 December 2025, after which date the executor may distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to those claims of which notice has been received. Potential unknown beneficiaries to this estate may include Sam Sunderland, T & T Bowman, P.A.J. Kuffer, J.P. Kuffer, Claudine Veuve, and Graham & Bev Lauder.
