This order extends the powers of the City of Nedlands under the Dog Act 1976 to an extended area. The extended area is defined by a line starting on the south south-easterly prolongation of the eastern boundary of Iris Avenue at the point of intersection with the district boundary, extending south south-easterly, west south-westerly, and north north-westerly, ending in a line contiguous with the district boundary.

Appoints Chaminda Mendis as an authorised officer for the City of Nedlands under the Local Government Act 1995 and the City of Nedlands Waste Local Law 2016, and cancels the appointment of Glen Carroll.
Reclassifies and rezones 14 and 16 Napier Street in Nedlands, changing zoning and residential density codes.
