Notice is given that the Minister for Industrial Relations revokes the code of practice: managing the risks of respirable crystalline silica from engineered stone in the workplace (first edition), 2022 and approves the code of practice: managing the risks of respirable crystalline silica from engineered stone in the workplace (second edition), 2023. This approval comes into force from the date of publication.
