Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of kay eadie deceased, who died on 15 october 2018, are required to send particulars of their claims to the legal personal representative, glen husking, c/o robinson legal, [contact details redacted] 6005 by no later than a month from the date of this publication, after which date the legal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
