Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 13 january 2024, are required by the executor, joshua paul wilson, to send particulars of their claims within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
