Exempts a person from certain regulations while operating a personal watercraft (PWC) for tow-in surfing activities, subject to conditions regarding the person, the PWC, the person towed, the craft towed, and the activities. Revokes instrument NWRโ2016โ201478 and remains in force until 1 August 2019 inclusive unless revoked sooner.
