In the estate of Margaret Priscilla Hamilton, late of 10 Regelia Turn, Ellenbrook in the State of Western Australia, Professional Historian, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 14 February 2021 at CraigCare Ascot Waters, 2 Waterways Crescent, Ascot, Western Australia are required by the trustee of the estate namely Kevin Patrick Livingston Hamilton to send particulars of their claims to him at 36 Kays Road, Torrens Park in the State of South Australia, within one (1) month of the date of publication hereof, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
