Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 20 July 2018, are required by the trustee, Timothy John Palmer to send particulars of their claims to him by the 12th day of April 2022, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
