Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 1st november 2017, are required by the trustees of the estate, michael john polette and julie louise polette of care of taylor, nott & molinari, 64 austral terrace, katanning, to send particulars of their claims to the trustees within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the trustees then have notice.
