Dennis barr o’brien, late of 51 alexander drive, menora, western australia, formerly of 7 newton beach road, abbey, western australia, deceased. On 11 april 2023 the supreme court of wa granted probate to mark adrian mcauliffe as executor of unit 3/71 kent street, busselton, western australia. Creditors and other persons having claims are required by the executor to deliver particulars of their claims to the above address within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
