Notice to owners/occupiers of land within the City of Busselton district to carry out fire prevention work as per this notice by 15 November 2024, and maintain requirements up to and including 30 April 2025, or within 14 days of becoming an owner or occupier of land if after that date. Defines terms such as Authorised Officer, Bushfire Prone Area, Firebreak, Flammable Material, Habitable Building, Managed Fuel Area, Passive Fuel Reduction, Special Work Order, Surface Fine Fuel, Trafficable surface, and Turnaround area. Sets out requirements for different property categories.
