Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on or about 20 april 2020, are required by the executor of the estate, being darren pierce in the c/- appius lawyers of 4/19 mumford place, balcatta wa to send particulars of their claims to him within one (1) month of the date of publication hereof after which date the executor of the estate may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
