These regulations amend the W.A. Marine (Certificates of Competency and Safety Manning) Regulations 1983. Deletes Schedule 1 and inserts a new schedule defining the geographical limits of smooth waters and partially smooth waters in various locations including Albany, Bunbury, Carnarvon, Esperance, Fremantle, Perth-Northern, Geraldton, Port Hedland, Broome-Roebuck Bay, Dampier, Derby, Koolan Island-Yampi Sound, Kuri Bay, Lake Argyle, Port Walcott, and Wyndham-Cambridge Gulf.
