In the estate of wyndham john morgan late of coolibah care, mandurah in the state of western australia, heavy duty fitter and turner, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 13 september 2023, are required by the administrator, glenn charles morgan of 77 verna street, gosnells in the state of western australia to send particulars of their claims to them at hfm legal, po box 1 maddington, wa 6989 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
