Occupational safety and health amendment act 2018 commencement proclamation 2018 made under the occupational safety and health amendment act 2018 section 2(b) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the occupational safety and health amendment act 2018 commencement proclamation 2018. The occupational safety and health amendment act 2018, other than sections 1 and 2, comes into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the gazette.
