I, Kristian Hartley Dawson, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the Mining Act 1978, hereby extend the exemption originally declared on 22 April 2014 and published in the Government Gazette dated 2 May 2014, for the area described hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 21 April 2024.
