Proclamation under the Criminal Investigation (Extra-territorial Offences) Act 1987 section 3(3) by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council. Declares corresponding laws in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory, and Australian Capital Territory. Revokes the proclamation published on 12 May 1989.
