Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 38B of the Rottnest Island Regulations 1988, the Rottnest Island Authority hereby closes the following waters to all vessels, excluding bona fide emergency and authorised vessels, between 0.01am on Sunday 12 February 2017 to 9.00am on Monday 13 February 2017— Thomson Bay. All the waters within 25 metres of the shoreline, from the Fuel Jetty to 66 metres south of the Hotel Jetty. Together with waters encompassing the Hotel Jetty from a point 44 metres north of the hotel and 25 metres from the shoreline to the northern most tip of the Hotel Jetty; along the eastern face of the jetty then to a point in the water 25 metres from the shore line in the water 66 metres south of the Hotel Jetty.
