Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died between 17/10/2024 and 18/10/2024 are required by the administrator Christopher Peter Cully to send the particulars of their claims to him at 2 Napoli Drive, Hammond Park WA 6164, by the date being one month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
