Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 16 august 2020 are required by the trustee, care of mcfarlane lawyers, po box 1079 west perth wa 6872 to send particulars of their claim to them by 1 june 2021 after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
