Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the late francis john smith (also known as frank smith), of 195 holbeck street, doubleview, western australia, who died on 6 october 2016, are required by the executors, muriel smith of 195 holbeck street, doubleview wa 6018 and kerry hollands of 50 lake valley drive, edgewater wa 6027 to send particulars of their claims to [email protected] within one month of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which the executors then have notice.
