Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the late francis john smith (also known as frank smith), of [contact details redacted] 6 october 2016, are required by the executors, muriel smith of [contact details redacted] 6018 and kerry hollands of [contact details redacted] 6027 to send particulars of their claims to [contact details redacted] within one month of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which the executors then have notice.
