Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 15 may 2020, are required by the executor peter macander to send particulars of their claims to the executor at estate of a. z. walczak, po box 246, kingsway wa 6065 by 30th day of november 2020, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice and the executor will not be liable to any person of whose claim he had no notice at the time of distribution. All claims received will be acknowledged by the executor.
