Notice to creditors and claimants and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates), in respect of the estate of the late katy maxine stephens late of 4 aralia way, forrestfield, wa who died on 02 may 2025, are required by the executor, robyn gloria newman, to send to solicitors for the executor, lawton macmaster legal, p.o. box 5680, st georges terrace wa 6831, particulars of such claims within 30 days of this notice. After such date, the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
