Made under the Sale of Land Amendment Act 2016 section 2(b) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the Sale of Land Amendment Act 2016 commencement proclamation 2017. The Sale of Land Amendment Act 2016, other than sections 1 and 2, comes into operation on 3 april 2017.
