Under the powers conferred by the Dog Act 1976, the Council of the Shire of West Arthur resolved on 28 September 2021 to adopt the following local law. This local law may be cited as the Shire of West Arthur Dogs Amendment Local Law 2021. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.
