Kristian Hartley Dawson, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 03 September 2015 and published in the Government Gazette dated 11 September 2015 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 02 September 2025. Locality: Coolgardie. Description of Land: Land designated S19/364 in the TENGRAPH electronic plan of the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety known as ‘Coolgardie—Commercial and Industrial Development Area’. Area of Land: 158.69 hectares.
