These regulations are the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery (Container Deposit Scheme) Regulations 2019. These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — when the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Amendment (Container Deposit) Act 2019 section 6 comes into operation.
