It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No. 2 on 25 November 2024 for the purpose of adding a new Clause under Schedule 14, Part 1 General Provisions, Clause 1.15.
