Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). Establishes the Forrestfield Scarred Tree Historical Protected Area. Revokes the Forrestfield Scarred Tree Protected Area Order 1986.
