Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 as amended relates) in respect of the estate of the late Anita Lyn Blake who died on 25/05/2025 late of 71 Kinross Drive, Kinross, wa are required by personal representative Antony Charles Blake of 3 Warru Place Erskine wa 6210 to send particulars of their claims to him by the 29/08/2025 after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
