Made by the Minister for Education under section 11B (2) of the School Education Act 1999. This is the Higher School Leaving Age Options Order 2023. The Higher School Leaving Age Options Order (No.2) 2020 is repealed. Prescribes courses and providers for the purposes of section 11B (1) of the School Education Act 1999.
