Creditors and other persons having claim (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 13 January 2022, are required by the executors, Fleur Nicole Batchelor and Colleen Rhonda Pugsley of care of Costantino and Co, po box 1304, West Perth, Western Australia 6872 to send particulars of their claims to them by 12 June 2023 after which date the executors may distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they have notice.
