Direction to the State Administrative Tribunal to refer application to the Minister for Planning pursuant to section 246(2)(a) of the Planning and Development Act 2005. Application DR 33 of 2024 between RUAH Community Services Ltd and the City of Perth was filed in the State Administrative Tribunal on 6 March 2024. The Minister considers that the application to review the conditions of approval raises issues of such State and regional importance that it is appropriate for the application to be determined by the Minister for Planning.
